All services are customized per client agreement.
3. Service Expectations & Variance
While we strive for excellence, the Client acknowledges that architectural and structural environments vary. Premier Blinds Corp. does not guarantee:
Exact color matching across different textile manufacturing dye lots or materials
Complete light elimination unless specific heavy-duty commercial blackout products are explicitly purchased and professionally specified
Survival or longevity of delicate fabrics under improper client care, chemical cleaning, or extreme environmental exposure (such as direct moisture or UV degradation)
Immediate availability of specific fabric lines or hardware configurations from our supply networks
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed as agreed upon in the service contract.
All payments are non-refundable once services are rendered.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of ongoing maintenance or installation projects.
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Premier Blinds Corp. in good faith.
Client remains responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.
5. Minimum Commitment (If Applicable)
Recurring maintenance services may require a minimum commitment period as specified in the service agreement. If a minimum term applies, the Client remains financially responsible for the full term.
6. Intellectual Property
Client owns the final physical window treatment installation after full payment.
Premier Blinds Corp. retains ownership of proprietary design plans, digital mockups, photographs, and internal strategy frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We may utilize third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
Google
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
WhatsApp
CRM software
Hosting providers
Premier Blinds Corp. is not responsible for platform outages, account suspensions, or policy updates from these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Blinds Corp. shall not be liable for:
Damage to hidden structural elements, wiring, or plumbing not clearly marked or disclosed by the homeowner or site manager prior to window treatment installation
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Natural wear and tear of textile or mechanical components
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to the Company within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Blinds Corp. from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from client-provided site specifications, hidden property hazards, or regulatory violations related to structural property lines or commercial safety standards.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California. Client agrees to waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
12. Modifications
Premier Blinds Corp. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
